Details of the membership and other service rates are posted on our website and we reserve the right to change them at any time.
If you take up membership, you get the benefits immediately but your normal right to cancel and demand a full refund for up to seven working days’ from order does not apply.
Once you join for a fixed period, if you cancel you will not be entitled to a refund – this may at first sound harsh but actually you could get all the benefit you need in the first day of membership and to be able to cancel having had all that would not be fair to us. We hope you understand.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website are owned by us and third parties and you are only allowed to make copies of pages (electronic or otherwise) for your own personal use.
UPLOADING CVs AND OTHER CONTENT ON MEDIA MANAGER AGENCY

HOW WE OPERATE ON REQUESTS TO APPLY FOR A POSITION
In order to enhance the value of our website to employers and therefore to getting noticed with employers for the benefit of our members, we filter out CVs. This means that we exercise discretion as to whether to forward your CV to a particular employer. Whilst this may mean we turn down members’ requests to forward the CV, this is intended to be in the overall interests of all applicants as if we flood employers with CVs that are not suitable, we will not be taken seriously and it is less likely that suitable candidates would get noticed.
We hope you understand and support this long term approach we take to establishing relationships with both members and potential employers and we cannot get into arguments with members over whether our decision is fair because it would take up too much time and prevent this website being effective. This aspect works on trust and if you are not happy with that we recommend you do not become a member.
KEEP BACKUPS OF YOUR CV
We strongly recommend you keep backup copies of the latest version of you CVs and also make sure you keep a record of which CV has been used for a particular application. We keep you CV securely in our offline office system but we are not a CV depository and cannot guarantee that all CVs will be retrievable or uncorrupted so we cannot accept responsibility for any loss you incur as a result of our losing or damaging your CV.
PROTECTION AGAINST VIRUSES
All the stuff we upload onto our website is run through a reputable up-to-date virus checker software package for your protection and ours. We all know that no software can protect you from all viruses and other bugs affecting the use of your computer, etc. Therefore we can’t guarantee that you won’t catch something from our website – it is very unlikely and the best thing to do is to make sure that you also have proper protective software and that you keep backups of anything on your system that is important too, because we can’t be responsible for anything you may lose.
LINKED WEBSITES
We allow links to other websites that may be interesting to our readers (including advertisers).
